I recommend, but not as great as it used to be.
It’s a great hotel, but the attention to detail is declining. We discovered late in the evening that the cold water faucet did not work. It was too late to deal with a room change or repair, so we felt with it. This I also the second time we have stayed here and have been charged afterwards $19 for in room water that was not there. It was refunded after a call, but that should not happen. Make sure to let them know if it wasn’t there or you’ll be charged.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The best part of choosing this as a place to stay was the water taxi to and from the park and the express passes. We were saved from standing in many long lines with the express pass and the water taxi saved us a lot of extra walking.
