I didn't know this hotel was in Mexico. When I showed up in Durango Colorado, which is where I requested, I realized that there was a booking error. The hotel in Durango Mexico still charged us for the room quoting policy. So I never stayed there, because it was in a different country. The bad rating comes from their unwillingness to understand that a booking error occurred but yet still charged my credit card. I will never book through Expedia ever again
