felt like a flop house
The front desk staff was doing her best - running around doing laundry, cleaning, etc. My heart went out to her. The halls reeked of cigarette smoke which seeped into the room. People were nice but it just felt a little like a flop house. I was embarrassed to have my mother stay there. We cut our trip short by 2 days because it was just not doable. The wifi was good though

Immediately when you walk in, you’re hit with a smell of stale smoke. No one at the desk. Halls poorly lit, just kind of looks dark and dingy. Luckily, the room was the only part that didn’t wreak of smoke. Unless you are a smoker, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Just not very clean in general.

DON'T STAY HERE, I WON'T EVER AGAIN ! ! ! !
Generally, the place needs a DEEP CLEANING! The bed was like a slab of slate, the pillows weren't pillows at all and I had a horrible night's "sleep" - in that I did not sleep much on that very hard bed!

Furnuture and furnishings are a bit below average but usable. However, our non-smoking room smelled like an ashtray. Horrible stay. Why does it have 6.8 out of 10 rating?!
