I was disappointed with my checkout. I called for a cart and help with my baggage at 10 am. I called again at 10:30. I was as far as possible from an elevator. At 11 I started taking 2 pieces at a time partway down the hall, going back for more and over and over. Halfway to the elevator a member of housekeeping saw my distress and assisted me with everything right to the front door. I am elderly and felt that even if they could not find a cart, someone should have come to assist me to get all of my things at least to the lobby.

Key card access not working all the time. No extra toilet paper in room. Make up on towel in bathroom. Toilet not filling up with water. Ice machines never worked

I’ve been staying at this hotel for 15 years now, and it’s consistently good. I always know what to expect, and have never been disappointed. Staff is always friendly and helpful, and rooms are always clean.

I thought we booked a room with queen beds but got a room with double beds. The water was difficult to get temperature right. The pool was closed. Apparently it has been closed since last year. Had to get more wash cloths, because we only got 1 for 3 people. The breakfast was good and the employees are friendly, but was disappointed in the overall experience. Great place to stay one night to get off the road. Easy off the interstate but wouldn’t stay if you want any amenities.

Worst hotel stay ever. Asked for the highest floor room, got the 5th floor. As soon as we got there and into the room, the people across the room had the door wide open and music blaring. All night long, the next door over people were yelling, screaming, using very foul language. Called security at 2am, they did nothing. At 245am, called again and while I was on phone, glass was breaking next door. We checked out at 10:30am and the receptionist barely said a single word. Quite rude. Will not stay here again.

Bed wasnt comfortable, toss and turned all night. Coffee maker didnt work, told the front desk. (Did nothing). Was 13 degrees outside furnace ran almost nonstop that was noisy. It left the room dry so you had a scratchy throat, would get hot than cold, hot than cold. Left before 6 am to go get coffee. Pool closed, restaurant closed. Was not impressed. When i was trying to sleep i heard vibrations from the head board, we were on the 1st floor.

I have only good things to say about my stay at the Holiday Inn in Strongsville, Ohio. The price was right. The check-in was friendly and smooth. The hotel (outside and inside) was clean and modern. The room was quiet, clean, comfortable. I would most definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this location to anyone traveling in the west 'burbs of Cleveland on a budget. This place is so, so, so much better than other similarly-priced hotels in this area!
