Good
We are local to San Diego and wanted to get “away” for a few days from our home after quarantining for so long. I’d only visited the restaurants and been there during the day for team events. The hotels location is great...very easy access to beach and bay. The front desk support was very helpful and very quick. They kept it very clean...lots of hand sanitizer and extra cleaning in the common spaces. The hotel (at least the tower where we stayed) was dated...popcorn ceilings, bed was too firm for me, bathrooms small and our partial Ocean view came with an overlook of the parking lot, noisy street traffic/garbage trucks in the morning and folks smoking on the balconies beneath us. If you are on the bay side or opt for a garden view then the noise may not be an issue.

Very disappointed with our stay. One of the loudest places I’ve ever stayed. Every door opening and closing, Arcadia doors rolling open and closed, people talking, we could even hear the people above our room using the bathroom.

Worst accommodations!
I had been looking forward to a trip with my friends, and was extremely disappointed with the accommodations in the hotel. The only plus side of it was that it was on the beach. There was no hot water in the shower even with it turned as hot as you can get it. The sink right next to shower had scalding hot water. The ice machine in our area was broken, the bell service told us they would bring us ice if we needed it since the machine closest to us was not working, when we did request ice, they never brought it. The hotel’s normal rate for the room was way overpriced, it didn’t even feel like a great deal with the Hotels.com rate that was 45% off the usual room rate. Will never book there again!

I love how it is surrounded by nature and the hotel has beautiful exotic birds right when you walk on the property. Beautiful place, would recommend 10/10

The location of the hotel is amazing and the view is gorgeous. The front desk was great and gave me an upgrade to a better room with a view so that was nice since I did not ask for an upgrade. However, the sliding glass door was broken with a big gap at the bottom and all the wind was coming in at night and blowing the drapes. The room was not very clean as well.

Poor
The bed was very uncomfortable to sleep in. The walls were so thin, it was difficult to sleep due noise from the other room.
