    This Red Roof inn has diminished services in cleanliness, quality, and responsiveness of on-site amenities and services. Considering we are still in a pandemic And the labourers are few, to stay in business you must be agile enough to do business. To the customer this is unacceptable practices, especially since our rates have not been reduced.If I had the opportunity and time to book elsewhere, I would have.

    The overall stay here was disappointing. The staff are not helpful.The staff lacks basic essentials such as plastic bowl or plate. Anytime I called to ask for simple necessities that I would have at home,they’ve never had it or don’t seem helpful at all! The hotel is very run down. I’ve been here in the past and it took a dive for the worst. The cleaners need to clean the Matt’s.it’s very filthy and this is during the covid epidemic. Pls red roof inn,get yourself together. You we’re once a very professional hotel with high standards. They’ve dropped drastically.

    The property was dirty and felt very unsafe. As a matter of fact I checked out the same day. I tried to get a refund but was told that that was not possible, although I purchased insurance. I will be calling the insurance company. I was and I am extremely disappointed.
