Modern, clean, comfortable, cosy and well equipped. Excellent staff at reception. Breakfast generally very good (perfect choice of coffee!) but somewhat hectic (you have to wait for bacon, sausages and omelette) during rush hour around 09:00 in the morning.

Spotty, unreliable wifi service. Laundry machines out of service for part of our stay and when they were working, refused payment by card or cash. Staff harshly said their coins were not for guests to buy but rather to stock their cash box. Washing a load costs 5 euros a load and drying costs 3 euros but you have to dry at least twice so make that 6 euros to dry a load of laundry. So coming up with coins for all that can be tricky. Cleaning done only weekly. On thé plus side, room was comfortable and kitchenette useful. Breakfast offered at the hotel was lack luster for the price charged of 13 euros per person. There is a Monoprix (grocery store) on the corner, and also a shopping mall and several restaurants nearby, not to mention the Eiffel Tower and Seine with guided boat tour.
