Nice looking from outside-awful inside
Stay was ruined from the get-go due to the elevator being broken for over 2 weeks. The ice machines had food in the slots because they were broke too I guess?? Staff at front desk did not fulfill requests that we made. The franchisee won’t return calls and Wyndham can’t do anything because of it being a franchise locations.The only highlight was the free breakfast x

Disgusting and scary honestly.
The elevator got stuck hours after we checked in. We refused to use it when we got there because of how it looked. The fire department showed up to get people out that were stuck. We had to walk up and down four flights of stairs everytime, not by choice. The lobby smelled horrible. Honestly like poop. I don’t know how they could sit there all day smelling it. I thought I heard a cat at night, the next morning we passed a lady carrying a used litter pan. Lastly, our rooms door hardly latched and moved a lot after it was latched. Looking at it, there were dents around the lock made by what appeared to be a crowbar. Meaning our room had been broken into before and not fixed after. I also forgot, all the doors besides the front are supposed to be accessed with a room key to let you in the building. None of them were locked. Anyone without a key had access to the whole hotel. It was honestly one of the worst experiences in a hotel I’ve ever had. After smelling and seeing how gross it was, we no longer wanted to free breakfast and left to eat somewhere else that morning. Even thought we were looking forward to the free breakfast before we got there. We will never be staying here again.
