Really underwhelming Hotel The staff at check in were really great. The hotel room - Deluxe room terrace harbour view was dated with really poor in room facilities and ammenities.

Fantastic hotel - Langham Sydney
Our stay was awesome, a great place to stay at and the service was excellent, will definitely stay again. The staff were so attentive. would highly recommend it. The only let down was the parking fee I thought it was too expensive.

Nice hotel, but aged and construction nearby
First time here, stayed at other hotels in the city, greeting and concierge were fantastic. Room was very quiet even though construction just over the road. Had a nice welcome tray for my partners birthday, and mail prior to arrival asking why we were there. Bed was comfortable, but soft for my liking, but slept well enough. Only issues where drain in bath was broken, was extremely difficult to get out, so showering in my own, well, you get the picture... Also mould in light fitting adjacent to air con vents, in this day and age, this is totally unacceptable with all the COVID issues. Harbour view but misleading, but technically it still is.

Comfortable stay
Nice overnight stay to celebrate our birthdays. Room (harbour view room) was clean and beautifully presented. Service was generally excellent, the only improvement that could have been made was more timely service at breakfast of made-to-order food. Checkout was speedy and uncomplicated.
