Great stay
We traveled as a couple for the weekend. The room was excellent, breakfast was very good with lots of options. We also enjoyed the pool, it's a pity it opens only at 4pm.

Good 6.0
The hotel is fine, location is good, few minutes walk to Metro 3 line. Swimming pool is perfect for family. Breakfast is good. Staff in reception are nice but a bit unprofessional I'm afraid. They didn't confirm with us the breakfast included, and breakfast time and restaurant location (very hard to find on fifth floor). We bought the swimming pool access, but they don't communicate with each other so we are asked to pay the access fee again when we went to pool reception. They had to ring main reception for confirmation. The most disappointed thing was their staff in main restaurant. They treat foreigner badly, always serve local first. Very terrible experience with this!!!

Good but let down by parking
This is our second stay at the Grand Visconti Hotel and as expected the standards were still good. Staff were good, but I would have given an excellent as on arrival, I was informed there was no parking available and I was informed I should have contacted the hotel in advance, but there was no mention of this on the Hotels.com website. This was disappointing particularly after a stressful drive from Bellagio. No advice was offered about a local car park literally 200-300 meters away and we were advised to park on the street, but in the Blue Bays only as the Yellow ones were for residents only. This is my only negative on the hotel, because the rest of our stay (2 deluxe rooms) was perfect. The concierge Bernie, was fabulous and even arranged a reservation for us at a wonderful restaurant in the Brera District. Our two Deluxe Rooms, were comfortable, clean and with a very quiet A/C unit; We all slept wonderfully as we did on our previous stay. The choice at breakfast was diverse, of good quality and would dated for most tastes, but for those who like full English....(I don’t) you will be disappointed, remember you are in Milan and for me the breakfast choice available was perfect. Location of the hotel is good, as it is literally 200-250 metres to the Lodi Tibb Metro station and a one way ticket to the Duomo/ Republica etc will set you back €1.50 and it is valid for 90 minutes for a singe journey. I would return back to this Hotel again when visiting in Milan.

A really nice hotel on the outskirts of Milan
This is a really nice hotel overall, with a pool and leisure facilities. The staff are very helpful and will aid and offer advice on the best ways to see the cities sights.

Very rich hotel far from the central
The Hotel it self is quite good , it has huge Garage, Very nice breakfast, Bar, and very comfortable rooms. But the swimming pool is not included in the price, the breakfast also was surprice for me that wasn't included. So I paid extra for everything. The location of the hotel is far from the Duomo, but there is a metro not far away. The staff are friendly specially Mr Beni which has a big smile face to help you for any whishes.

Clean, nice room. Comfy bed,. Breakfast is a bit odd, so leave that if you can... easily accessible to the metro
