Be Live Collection Marien - All Inclusive

It was horrible, the check in was terrible. I waited 4 hours on line and then they gave me the wrong room. The room was a baby room with decorations, like a day care. The staff is very unprofessional, the service sucks. Never again with I go to these resort, would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are very spacious, clean and nice. The staff is very nice. My only problem was the meals and lack of entertainment. The meals were so simple and there was not many options. I honestly feel if the breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks are not changed the hotel will not survive and will close as the selections are really poor.

This resort should be near closing. The service is horrible. We spent more time at the reception counter than enjoying our time. The entire resort excluding the pool is just dirty. Trash left everywhere that no one cleans up, our room was extremely outdated and dirty. Moved a table for our luggage and found dirty spoons and trash all under it. A/C didn’t work and took the night before we were leaving for them to do something about it. They only had 1 a la carte restaurant opened and the only way you could book was in person at a specific time (which they fail to mention at checkin). The buffet is not kept clean and can’t imagine how this resort meets any Covid standards. People were literally picking food with their fingers off the buffet and no one was managing or cleaning it up. They serve soda out of bottles and don’t even have working soda fountains. The security stands on the beach and would not let people in the water claiming it was closed but gave no reason why. Meanwhile the resorts next door had their customers truly enjoying the beach. The pool is the only nice thing going for this place. Outside that, I would bet it will be closed down within the next 2 years.

It was good just which the property was more updated

False advertising!!! This place had everything closed! Website said “some a la carte” and services closed. The spa, and all restaurants closed you get snack bar or same food at buffet for lunch and dinner over and over. They changed a couple items but not enough to say it’s different meals. Please avoid until they actually open things up!!!!

No hot water, poor air conditioning, no good restrictions on COVID, everybody takes their food from the buffet and snack bar they should have some personnel serving people food to avoid COVID spread, no water sufficient pressure to take a bath. Poor quality of food, all I can tell is that people that works here they do they best effort to make you feel good and have a good time. They did no have bacon on the buffet for breakfast and this is a most.

Great staff will be back

The first room that they gave me was moldy smell. I had to wait the next day to get another room, which was a little more decent. Bedding is okay... Food and drinks are terrible.

This property is super outdated. It needs major renovation. Due to Covid their specialty restaurants were not opened. We had a room that the AC did not work but Juan Garcia and Johenny Mena was super helpful in changing and upgrading the room for me. The weekends are full of locals who are pretty rowdy.
