Loved Cork
My stay was 2 nights. The central location was perfect. Parking offered near was very convenient for a city hotel. Enjoyed great service in the hotel pub and restaurant. Good food and fair pricing. Only complaint, and not in hotel's control, was the road construction directly outside the hotel, my room faced the street...the morning construction noise prevented any sleep later that 7.00am. If I had of known, I feel that I would have found a different hotel.

Hotel Isaacs is a wonderful old hotel in the middle of a busy shopping/dining/bar area. Our room was nicely appointed, although it was VERY hot. There was a Dyson fan already in the room since it was unusually hot weather for Ireland. Parking is just around the corner in a gated church parking lot. There is space in front of the hotel to park for a couple of minutes and drop off bags, although the street is VERY busy with both traffic and construction. The area is very walkable, being only a 10-minute walk from the English Market (and loads of restaurants and shops in between, too). Breakfast was lovely, with big windows looking out onto a BRILLIANT waterfall in the outside courtyard. All staff that we encountered were incredibly kind and helpful. Wished we could have stayed another day!
