Awful room!
Front office girl was very nice but said she couldn't change room because i booked online with 3rd party (Hotel.com). Room 215 had huge, nasty stains everywhere, carpet was frayed in areas. Didn't feel like room was clean at all.

Customer service Dropped the Ball!!!
The customer service was horrible. The people at the front desk never looked up to greet, because they were too interested in their mobile phones. Definitely never staying here again. My room smelled, etc. Not a good experience.
