8/10 Very good

The hotel is a bit dated. The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms quiet (except for the noise from dropping toilet lids). The bus stop is close to the hotel making getting around easy. Breakfast has lots of choice but the cooked food is only just warm.

8/10 Very good

Lovely two night stay shame the restaurant wasn’t open for evening meals. A good walk into the town bit hilly for some in the heat. The tourist train was a good way to get around and with commentary.

8/10 Very good

Room was lovely and staff were very friendly. Were told there were no spaces in the car park but I questioned this (this was why we chose this hotel over others and had free parking as a perk) and there actually were free spaces.

We booked last minute for 1 night when our flight home was cancelled. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly and breakfast was fresh and delicious with lots of choice.

10/10 Exceptional

The staff were friendly, very professional and always helpful. I loved the breakfast particularly as there were many options for maintaining a low cholesterol healthy diet as well as the many other delicious but more cholesterol laden options. Good coffee is easy to find in Spain, but the coffee in the Avenida is excellent.

Great Location

well situated in Almeria, next to a small park, there is a great restaurant adjacent to the hotel that is worth a visit or two while your stay.

10/10 Exceptional

A nice hotel in town, I think a business hotel rather than a holiday type hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good, didn't try the main restaurant as we were quite late arriving.

Good hotel and location

Great hotel, great location. A couple of hairs on the bathroom floor and very dirty underneath the bed let down the cleanliness
