Hands down the best bed I have ever slept in. The shower is amazing also. Definitley stands up to the Taj expectation. This is my new go-to hotel for Bangalore.

Excellent service and great food. Renovations were still in progress and given that we had some mobility issues the senior management stepped in and made our stay most comfortable. Ms Samata Danday's management skills were exceptional. My wife and I greatly appreciate her attention to detail and her resourcefulness to get things done. We will be back in Feb 2020.

A floor was undergoing renovation. It was noisy. They also didn't let me know that a floor was under renovation and when my keycard got deactivated I was stuck in the emergency exit stairs. At this price, there were much better options in the market. Amazing food at Karavalli though.
