You can check in not check out. Hard to reach or get to reception, because the office is in the third floor. There is no phones in the room or down stairs where you come in. The phone number is different than the one they sent email. Feel sorry for the poor young girls working there. Doing everything. Even doing porter job. Expedia should check it out before they recommend. Poor management. Will never recommend.
