Too warm
Everything was perfect except the thermostat in the room was as low as possible and it was absolutely as hot as hell! I opened the window to cool it off and eventually had to turn on the AC so I could sleep. It had to be at least 25 celcius if not hotter

Exceptional 10.0
Great place!
The hotel is well located, close to stores and restaurants. The room was big and always very clean. Parking is limited, but there was always plenty of street parking around. That wasn’t a problem for us, as we were always driving to hikes and visiting the sites out of town.

Very good 8.0
Overall pretty good stay we ended up reserving another night. The only thing i would say is the hotel is not sound proof. You could hear people opening and closing doors and the bath it was quiet loud.
Eugene, ca1 night family trip
Good 6.0
The hotel is in a great location but it’s very dated, uncomfortable beds, loud and no parking. For the price and no use of amenities like the rooftop hot tub it would be nice to see some updates done, new beds, pillows etc

Great Staff!
Asked for an upgrade, if available....and got one!

Great room. Great view.

Poor 2.0
The room was dirty, the AC stopped working in the middle of the night, the hot tubs were closed due to COVID but no mention of this at time of booking. Waste of time and money to go to this hotel.

All you need to be comfortable
Two things that are important to me in a room: comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower. This room definitely has both
Branin, ca2 night trip with friends
Poor 2.0
Poor first impression, front desk clerk not wearing his mask properly, not welcoming, he referred to amenities as unfortunately, over priced considering no amenities up and running, no welcoming or incentive for Ontario first time travellers, or for on site restaurants, basic mediocre service, room was very warm, took 4 hours to cool down, phones in the morning for extended checkout due to poor sleep, attendants banged on the door 3 times at 1125am when request for checkout was till 12pm, same front desk clerk called at 1205pm right after he saw me taking the trolley for luggage up to the room asking when we were checking out, his note to attendants on coming to clean our room was leaving a voicemail for them? Not diligent to ensure good guest experience. Overall will not be back to Jasper, not worth the money, not tourist friendly. Clerk at the front needs more training, with a staggering economy, positive feedback is crucial, maybe this location is not focused on growing their tourism or ready for out of province visitors. Our company runs people skills training and coaching. Contact us should you wish to uptrain your staff to maximize and grow your tourism.

Not worth the money
Room was comfortable. Convenient downtown location. Across from train yard though so quite loud. Parking was a real problem with less than 12 spots available on site.
