I want to really like this motel ( don’t think this would quality for a hotel ). The minute I walked in, I knew I would be uncomfortable staying there, the stench ( which is most likely from mold or lack or fresh air circulation ) overpowers the room . The pillow and bedding didn’t look very clean . The only positive is the location to the outlet if you’re here for that. The check in was seamless but I got a call at 11:15am stating that given I already checked out ( even though I still had my stuff in the room as we stayed in a different hotel .. as after reading the reviews, I couldn’t fathom sleeping there and having a good nights rest ), the front desk wanted me out asap . I explained that I was on the way and there’s not much cleaning that needed to be done as we never slept there and the condition of the room was not clean . The place has a lot of potential . 1. Air our the room and get rid of the mold smell 2. Throughly clean 3. Make sure to change the sheets etc 4. Maybe choose more muted sheets I wish them luck and hope they would take the reviews sincerely.

Get what you pay for!
MANY HOTELS ON Hotels.com LIST A FREE BREAKFAST—INCLUDING THIS ONE!!! HOWEVER, SINCE THE PANDEMIC, NONE OF THEM HAVE PROVIDED ANY BREAKFASTS AT ALL!! THEY ALL MAKE EXCUSES ABOUT THE PANDEMIC, BUT THEY OFFER NOTHING (NOT EVEN A COUPON) IN EXCHANGE!! The bed & bedding were clean; several cigarette-burns in the bedspread; pillows were clean, but lumpy. We slept well, but early mornings were noisy with large trucks coming & going. The bed was TOO HIGH to be able to sit on it comfortably!!! There was only 1 (one) desk chair and a ragged (worn) armchair in the room, so we didn’t have any choice for seating.

Pleasantly surprised
I was a little worried when booking this location due to the affordable price/motel setup. I was pleasantly surprised to get a remodeled room. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. I liked that I could open the windows and they had screens to keep bugs out. The only negative I can find was the linens had a burnt dryer smell to them. For us it’s not a big deal but want to add it here in case it is a big deal for others. The fridge was large for a hotel room and very cold upon check in, we didn’t need to use it since we were only staying the 1 night. I would definitely stay here again. There’s a gas station/Dunkin donuts right across the street which was perfect to start our day back on the road. This place is about 15 minutes away from Legoland NY, which is where we were spending the weekend.

Good location with clean room but no breakfast
Chose this hotel because of location near outlet. Also website said "breakfast included". It's only coffee, tea, oj and milk. No cereal for kids either. I asked why and they said "covid". I don't think so. We traveled more than 10 days and other hotels already have something, at least donuts and pastry. I think the word "included breakfast" is mislead!

Extremely disappointed!!
It was very very poor. It smelled like mildew when we entered the room. There was hair in the bathtub. The iron had something black burned onto it. Supposedly they leave it unoccupied for 72 hours after then santize, but there was water in the tub and sink. The curtain to the window had white powder on it and was stained. There were holes in the thin washcloths and thin towels. No breakfast "because of Covid".
