Not bad stay over
We arrived late in the midnight, the old staff is not welcoming and did not explain anything about the room which is different from my booking, very rude to tell us no other room available and contact the manager next day morning. It is unexpected and very upset with the service. Luckily the manager Bogart is very professional and say sorry and explains what happened last night, upgrading our room as compensation. The breakfast has many choices, good for Chinese, Indian and Aussie, but over staff at the first day due to the boss being there, second day not enough staff even no one clean up the table, no one refill the cutlery and cups until asking for them. The standard changes too much with and without the boss. Besides those, the other staffs are polite, the room is nice and the location is perfect, easy access to beach walk mall and kuta beach. The afternoon tea is beyond our expectations. Overall, we are still happy with the stay and thank you sir Bogart making our stay welcoming and special.
