Good
Breakfast was a disappointment
The room was fine. The bed mattress was too soft. The breakfast is not meeting the standard of 5 stars hotel or Marriot standard.

Very good
The location is great. Breakfast just ok. The FO gave wrong information about the parking fees by saying that the parking fee is RM5 per entry. However, upon checked out I had to pay RM15 as I stayed 2 nights and 3 days at the hotel. Meaning that the parking fee is RM 5 per day and not per entry. Very confusing information from the FO. I don't mind paying the parking fee but I hope the FO can give more accurate information to hotel guests.

Was there during e first restriction order fr 16-19th March. E staffs as always were very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond in trying to ease e fear o what few guests that remain; all this while knowing they are going through “work closure” and uncertainties o eir own. The Chef n DM also had walk about during bf n interacted w e guests to allay our anxieties Bosco, Nina, Jib, DM Rajesh n many others i don’t name here went beyond in those times to ensure guests were comfortable and taken care of, assist in securing transport and provide information during e initial onset. Been here a few times n will come agn once things get well. That in its own is a testament o e service n warmth Westin KL eludes through its frontline staff for its guests.

We arrived early and the desk staff offered us a room to rest until 3 pm. From our experience, this was unprecedented and therefore highly appreciated. However, when the time came (3 p.m.) for us to go into our actual room (we booked a particular room for its incredible bathtub by the window) we were told we would get an upgrade since our room wasn't ready. But we didn't get an upgrade, we got a downgrade to a service apartment wit a kitchen. Who wants a kitchen in a one-night-stay?

My only complaint is my room’s shower heater. It doesn’t quite heat up, not even to lukewarm. I had mentioned it to the staff after my first night and they said they’d look (and i think they did) but it wasn’t resolved.
