No hot water, no many channels for watching
We did late check in around 10pm and tried to take a shower with little boys. There was no hot water coming, I called the front dest and they needed to turn off the boiler and restarted. It would take 30mins but it didn't work. We had really long flight frkm ICN and just stayed 6hours but paid $228+tax with the pooresr conditions. I asked them to change the room but they said we needed tk wait until the hot water worked.
