Noisy and tiny
Room looked onto the highway. Very noisy all night and extremely small. No desk or chair to speak of. Shampoo holder fell from the shower cubicle in the middle of the night which was an additional problem on top of the traffic noise. Parking garage was badly sign posted. Staff were however accommodating. Location not the best in Auckland.

A great place - very comfortable, clean and well laid out. Small kitchen had everything I needed to prepare a light breakfast - including a real toaster. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside for me was the steep entrance way without a sidewalk - it made the walk into town a little difficult and potentially dangerous if a car happens to enter while you are walking through.
