Great location very central check in concierge fantastic but the one on the monday gave false information about there being someone to help with checkout on aus day after even saying they were closed. Was infor no will be open and nothing to say how to check out

Great view, good communication. The property facilities are fantastic. Positioned within walking distance to absolutely everything. The bed was extremely old and the springs almost popping out from the mattress, making it very uncomfortable.

Lovely spacious unit with amazing views. Excellent facilities beautiful pool and close walking distance toy the beach. We had a wonderful time with only a few complaints.... furniture is very tired and the couch was super low an difficult to get out of and not enough seating for six people which needs replacing. Kitchen needed to be stocked with everyday things like chopping boards and paring knives, as well as champagne and cocktail glasses. The blinds fell down when we tried to close them so they also need replacing. Sheets were rough and pilled and there was no doona on the beds only blankets which needs to be improved. Overall it was a nice place to stay that is convenient to everything you need, it doesn’t have the luxury of some other hotels but it is roomy and comfortable for a family. It was for my 4th birthday so a little bottle of wine or something special would have been really lovely. Hopefully next time we stay there they have updated a few things to make our nice stay even better.

Beautiful apartment comfortable bed - just would like the two fixed so you could have a bath but otherwise another lovely stay. Have stayed here twice now and both times it has been wonderful

Firstly, i would like to acknowledge the young lady who works on the front reception. She is so incredibly friendly and helpful, and constantly went above and beyond for us during our stay. We sadly had to leave early due to the closing of the borders at the end of March. We truely hope that Breakfree acknowledge how great she is! She went out of her way for us even before we had arrived! We were surprisingly upgraded to a beautiful refurbished room, overlooking the entire beach, with floor to ceiling windows. We had requested an apartment with air conditioning, and while she ensured she would make sure we recieved one, she also went further and swapped rooms to an even more beautiful brand new one, before we even arrived. The hotel is a great location, a short walk to the paradise centre, but was overlooking the entire shore. Pool was great, car parking was excellent. The only thing we had problems with, was the oven was quite old, and would smoke every time we used it, making it almost impossible to use without filling the room with smoke, only to have us panic not to set the fire alarm off! The living room also was missing curtains, so we were quite visable to surrounding hotels during the night, we fixed by hanging a blanket to cover, though was definitely an inconvenience. Apart from that we loved it! Only wish we could have stayed longer!

Very nice location, view a bit obstructed, next time I would request a room above 16 to get better views. Lounge not that comfortable and the lounged bed locked so couldn't lay down to watch TV. No TV in bedroom. We were on level 11

Really nice Apartment.. we had one bedroom unit over looking ocean on 15th floor ..we stayed 3 nights ....we checked in after hours .. next day Gabi was really nice and helpful ... only one thing was disappointing.... whole through out our stay .. wi fi did not work at all ... they said they have had issues lately and they are trying to fix it ..

pros: 1. good location (near the beach, station & mall) 2. free parking cons: 1. building should be more than 15 years old. 2. the small panasonic TV is also 15 years old model 3. we stayed for 7 days and there is not any cleaning nor change of bed sheet (I can accept if one stays for two or three days) 4. The free wifi password given to us is wrong (totally different from the real one), one can easily choose the payment option. Be careful! 5. The air-conditioner turned off at 6 pm and started at 6:30am. Since the apartment is near the sea, it was so humid that drops of water were on floor. I took pictures of this but cannot see any link here that I can upload them. We went out in the morning and came back at night. With this time setting, we could hardly use the air-conditioner. I was so afraid that my expensive canon lens got wet. There is a phone in the lobby for one to ask for help at night. BUT nobody answers. We talked to the manager in the morning twice. The air-conditioner central timer was turned off only after two days. 6. The wood clothes closet is very old. You will not dare to put your clothes there. 7. The vents of the air-conditioner are full of dust and mold. Horrible !! 8. The wall hangings look nice but they are full of dust.
