*Fabulous Stay*
We had a fabulous one-night stay - wishing we could have stayed longer! Warm and welcoming receptionists who were super helpful. The room was super clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the staff upgrading us to a second-floor room as were are "Gold Members". We had drinks and food in the bar area and the service was top-notch - as was the food and drinks. The only wee issue we had was could get the chrome cast to work on the TV but made do with watching our favourite TV show on our phone. We will be sure to book Kamana Lakehouse when in Queenstown again.

Property is beautiful in the dining area, great for enjoying a cocktail. Rooms are separate from the main building so felt private with easy parking. You cant take a wine bottle into the hot tub area despite the photo including wine glasses which was a bit disappointing. After the fact it looked like the roof retracts from the hot tub area, however we werent advised of this fact which would have been amazing to look at the stars! Room wasnt serviced when we got back around 2.30pm which wasn't ideal, although theyvtried coming around later.

Kamana Lakehouse was exactly the experience I expected to have. The coffee and breakfast were amazing! It was really nice to snuggle up next to the fire in the lounge and enjoy their great cocktail selection. The view was beautiful. I will say we had three rooms all varying in price and the cheapest was still just as good as the premium lake-view rooms.

My partner and I absolutely loved Kamana Lakehouse. It was very clean, well maintained and the staff were all very friendly. Easily the best stay we had in NZ despite us traveling from Christchurch all the way to Queenstown. The ambience of the hotel made us feel very comfortable.
