The pictures on line looked better than it was in reality. Needs refreshing. The hotel was completely booked so as it was during Covid this concerned us in regards to proper protocol between stays. We did enjoy the hot breakfast at the adjoining restaurant.

Good 6.0
First off, it is a motel not a hotel. This was the first misleading point. The room was much smaller and outdated than was advertised. No room service for our 3 day stay even when we asked for it. Had to hunt down coffee, towels and toilet paper. Noise from traffic, train and paper thin walls made it hard to relax Staff were pleasant and the Wicked Cup restaurant was fabulous.
Marianne, ca3 night family trip
Very good 8.0
good location & clean
Comfortable, walkable distance to town, clean
Hayley, ca2 night trip
Very good 8.0
The room was clean and well kept. Took a bit to figure out the TV (no manuals or how to guide). The biggest xomplaint is the very cold air boig punped into the room. The second night there we had to put pkllows infront of the vent. Room temp went down to 18°.

Nothing wrong 7 is the correct score

Do you like trains?
The motel is located right across the street from the railway and trains are still going during the night (being awoken at 2am isn't a nice feeling after a long drive...) The room was clean however, nice shower. We didn't try the restaurant.

Slightly over priced but considering in the national park, This hotel is still a good budget

Was fine but nothing to write home about...
Basic motel and on the old side. Just stayed the night as was passing through. Was clean except the carpets were grungy looking. Pretty pricy for what you get but I think most of the places here are. It was fine to stay at for one night.
Holly, us1 night trip
Very good 8.0
Older motel on the west side of town , room was clean and comfy
Wally, ca1 night trip
Poor 2.0
Very poor experience. The door wouldn’t shut properly, their AC sounded like a bear all night, reduced cleaning services, and outdated room. Wayyyy too much cost for what you get.
