All was good close to ski lift. The beds and couch bed are very uncomfortable and needed new matresses. The beds are the most important part of the stay and should be comfortable.

Super close to Eagle Lodge base. They have a ski locker on the ground floor that makes it very convenient to store your ski/boards and not have to lug up to the room. Would definitely stay here again.

Somebody please renovate this place.
Great location to slopes. Easy in and out. The resort and pool/spa areas are getting long in the tooth. Had bathroom issues that required multiple calls to front desk to fix. Friendly but ineffective front desk. Housekeeping left kitchen not quite done each day.

All three nights of empty promises from staff.
The staff must be trained to lie from the hotel manager who certainly was of no help. They will tell you they will be right up to your room to fix the problems, only to leave you waiting for hours, regardless of how many times you call. There were no roll away beds as we asked for on Hotels.com and then the maintenance guys and hotel manager didn't leave us alone on the second night due to a flood they had the floor below us. Can you imagine the irony that they blew us off entirely the first night and then the second night they wouldn't leave us alone? On the third night they promised they would call me (Kailyn specifically all three nights) so I gave them my cell phone number which they should have already had. The manager never called or compensated us as the front desk said they would. All in all, it was terrible customer service and I would definitely never try them again. We have stayed at the Mammoth Mountain in scores of times and have never been disappointed. The Juniper Springs Staff is the complete opposite of the Mammoth Mountain Inn, regarding making their guests comfortable. We checked out early and the location was the only good part of the stay.
