Only one night, luckily!
Furnishings are old and shabby. Screen on balcony window was broken, coffee pot was missing. Weather was hot and hotel was not air conditioned. But... bed was comfortable. Pool was great for our children.

Great place overall
Great room, double bedroom and view of the mountains. On the downside , the only issue was the mattress that was too soft and jumpy. On the positive, full kitchen, high end showers, balcony. And, they have free of charge Tesla chargers, which is a huge plus if you have it. The location itself is isolated, but if you are looking for quiet evenings it is probably preferred.

We unpacked in a condo, got the kids in their jammies and put to bed only to realize the kitchen appliances, (cutting boards etc) had not been cleaned. They still had food particles on them. It made me question the cleanliness of the apartment after that. Had that not happened, it would be one of my favorite places to visit. Super cute and quaint looking place. I would definitely return, just do a more thorough inspection before unpacking.

This place is a winter resort that seems to stop trying when summer comes. No real amenities, even though they charge a 'resort fee' to cover them (extra fee, even thought my booking supposedly covered all fees). When I asked what the fee covered, I was told a shuttle (I didn't need one), the pool and towels. Really?? I get those for free at an ordinary hotel! There was an unidentified smell in the room, and when I arrived after a long travel day, I couldn't even get anything to eat since the restaurant is only open in the winter. I called the front desk numerous times without an answer and eventually just walked down from my room. I've had better stays at fleabag hotels. At least they don't pretend to be something they're not.

Kind staff but hotel needs some TLC
Pros: Both girls that helped our family at the front desk we're very kind. One was from Auckland, NZ and the other from NY. The rooms have the necessities for a nice stay and it was great to have a small kitchen to make the kids oatmeal in the morning. The pool area was nice, comfortable and felt well maintained. Cons: The hotel carpets and hallways smelled musty and the rooms are becoming outdated and need some TLC. It didn't look like the couch had been well vacuumed, as there was food under the cushions when we looked to make sure we didn't lose anything and the bathroom tub looked like it could use a better cleaning. Also with it being off season and slow while there, I'm not sure what all the "resort fee" of $22.50 was for since there was nothing over the top special about our stay for the price we paid.
