How a Loyal Client is Treated
I have stayed here over 20 times. This last time was by far the most disappointing. Room had several bulbs out, fridge did not work, they gave me a joining room which I got to listen to the room next to me cough and sneeze all night long. I requested to be moved and two hours after moving rooms, I realized I left some toiletries in the old room. When I called down to the front desk, the guy had an attitude said nothing was turned in. Normally you somewhat understand after you leave a hotel and it's been awhile and you call about items you left but when you know you're still at the hotel and it's only been a couple of hours and your stuff is missing, it's a different story. Also, not cool that the front desk could care less. I had to go spend $100 on toiletries at CVS that evening just because the hotel wouldn't do their job. I will definitely stop booking my travel here.
