Hi nice hotel But unfortunately heating not working, So slept in our clothes in the bed. And still freezing. Blizzard outside so romm temp was 3 degrees Celsius. No shower either. Rang Reception many times in the night but no answer. Got answer at 07:20 in the morning. So waited an Hour. But maintenance never arrived. Yours sincerely Mr and Mrs bloody frozen !!!!!

The staff are friendly and helpful. All are good except that my room is a bit old and look tired. The sofa was really uncomfortable. But overall, my stay is good and the pool and gym were bonus
