Nice hotel with family rooms
Very convenient location, 15-20 min easy walk from train station and 5-20 min walk to all the main tourist sites, our room had a queen with a single and a separate single in its own space, easy check in/out, stored luggage in lobby while we did some additional sightseeing, good European breakfast

Quaint city hotel.
Lovely hotel inside, quaint and well maintained. Situated well for walking around the city and quite near the arena and lots of eating places. The staff at the hotel are wonderful. Really helpful and friendly and appreciate that they spoke English. When leaving, I asked where I could get a taxi and they rang for me and a taxi was at the door within 2 minutes. Breakfast is worth including as it provided a selection of fresh food, juices, teas etc. Don’t stay here if you expect a quiet night’s sleep if staying at the front of the hotel. My bedroom was above Macdonalds; but they close at midnight. So if you are used to noises at night, chatter and cars then it’s the place for you. Can’t beat the location and only approx €25-35 by taxi to airport!

Great location. Shame about scraping chair noise.
This hotel has a great location. It's really easy to get to from the train station and has bus stops just outside. Really close to all the sights. Stayed with husband and son. Had a double bed and single bed for our six year old son. We arrived early and the hotel let us leave our bags and come back at 2 pm for check in. They also let us leave our bags after check out. We got room 211 at the back of hotel. I was a bit anxious as didn't realise McDonald's is downstairs under hotel and i didn't want a room directly above because of the noise. Our room was very comfortable. It was clean and quiet except all I could hear was chairs scraping about until 1 am both nights. This didn't seem to bother my husband and my son managed to sleep but I found it kept me awake The breakfast room was below but obviously not being used at night. Breakfast buffet really gd. I tried to phone reception but the phone had no number for reception or info on how to access it. Asked to move but they only had another room next to ours so not much help with the noise. The room had deadlock but no safety chain. It has do not disturb signs. There was a safe no iron. No tea or coffee. Bathroom clean with amenities and good shower. Bed very comfortable. Window had shutters great for keeping light out. Had a desk and mini fridge in room with drinks to buy. Air-conditioning didn't work so opened window. They said it only works in summer. Thankful for staff speaking fluent English.

Couple stay 4 nights
Valentina, the lady in the reception was absolutely helpful from the beginning. Our flights got cancelled last minute and therefore we had to rearrange our hotel rooms. She quickly jumped into helping and sorting it out for us and finding a room available for our stay. She is very polite and communication was excellent. The rooms are clean overall and comfortable. Location is excellent! Breakfast was good. It’s about 15 minute walk from the main station to the hotel. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Verona.

1, great location, walk to many most important sightseeing landmarks in 5 to 30 minutes, too many restaurants, bars, shops near by. 2, the hotel's guest rooms are new, modern, spacious, clean and functional. The complementary buffet breakfast is good. 3, the manager and staff are very friendly, helpful. The hotel is on a busy avenue which Taxi's do not stop, the hotel staff helped call a taxi arrives in a few minutes. 4, the price is reasonable.
