Great deal in Maui !!!
Had a great trip thank you for the great Condo rental, we rented one our daughter another one for her family. Condo was clean, neat and tidy and the little extras in there for our use was incredible, a very nice touch. Furniture was typical Hawaiian style which made it all so cozy. Recommend this to anyone that is looking for a nice place, price seemed very reasonable which was great for our family.

The condo was absolutely disgusting. Black mold. Dirty bedding. Bathroom was moldy and super dirty. Been staying at Sugar Beach for years. This was the first time I actually cried after I opened the door. We never received any help from Maui Condo and Homes LLC.

The view from our 5th room was amazing and made up for any minor nuisances. The exterior was dated and the entry door needed paint. The trash chute smelled too much and the parking spaces too skinny. The pool and beach were excellent.

It was great being able to walk out of the condo and on to the beach. Beach was good also. Pool and hot tub were good. Parking was a pain. Might be 6” between cars. Property is a little tired, but not a denaturant to stay there.
