Stayed for 4 nights
Overall, a good stay, only issue was with breakfast being very busy at certain times, and cleanliness of pool wasn't great. Food was very pricey, more expensive than the actual Disney parks (€12 for one portion of chips) Beds were very comfy and room was nice. Hotel decor was amazing and stylish.

Disappointed with the food quality, the first night we arrived was perfect but when we returned the following night, it was all cold and was unable to eat any of the food for having to pay £35 a head for the buffet I felt it was a bit expensive to pay for cold food

Better than expected
Stayed 4 nights and had 2 standard double rooms. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Air con worked well, fridge was a bonus and a room safe. Breakfast area a bit chaotic but to be expected with young families. Food is plentiful and good. Bar area could be cleaner as tables aren't cleared quick enough. Most staff friendly and efficient. The exception are the bar staff who came across a bit disinterested. Gardens and outdoor pool lovely. Check in and out was professional. Shuttle buses to parks were busy as they served more than one hotel. If staying at the parks for the late shows the wait for buses is long and there's no queuing system (not the fault of the hotels). We chose to walk back that time. Overall the hotel is lovely and we would recommend.

Disappointed that your new outside pool was closed. When I asked at reception they said it was because there was a chance of rain, however the forecast was dry all afternoon and it didn’t rain (26th August) this was really unfortunate as our kids were looking forward to swimming…. I can’t see why a bit of rain would even mean to close a pool!! Staff were friendly and hotel was nice.
