Convenient location, accommodating staff however, during our stay, it was evident that the hotel is very short of staff. Breakfast was chaotic. They have let us wait for 15 mins even though there were tables that are available but yet to be cleaned and set-up. We were 3 in the room but amenities given such as towels, kits etc were only good for 2 pax. We have requested twice by phone but nothing came. We just went to front desk to get the items needed and ask directly from a housekeeping staff who is cleaning in the other room.
