We arrived after reception had closed and the apartment we'd been allocated was definitely unloved - the TV didn't work, there was no food bin in the kitchen, the shower door was missing and one of the armchairs was broken.
When we went to reception to check in the following morning, they were very helpful and said they'd move us to another apartment if it couldn't be fixed. So, that evening we moved in to a second apartment, which was much better.
But two days before we were due to leave, the manager called us when we were out for the day saying the owner of that apartment was returning early and needed it, so could we move into yet another apartment. The apartment staff very kindly moved all our stuff into the third apartment to save us from coming back from our day out, and the manager refunded our payment for the rest of our stay.
All in all, it's a lovely building and all the staff we dealt with were very helpful. But, having stayed in three separate apartments in a week, we can confidently say that the standard of apartments varies a lot.
