Comfort on the Beach
We enjoyed our short break at the Oaks. It's very convenient, great beach, restaurant & town access. Our only let down waws the bathroom, the over tub shower I found very uncomfortable & almost dangerious as I have poor balance & bad feet so climbing in & out was a concern, even my husband who is fit & strong made comment on it. All up a nice place to stay with freindly staff & great location.

Fabulous Location
Amazing location. Friendly helpful staff, easy check in. The apartment was perfect for our needs, clean spacious, kitchen well stocked with basic items. Fabulous views from the beachfront balcony. The only let down in the apartment was the shower over the bath. We are physically healthy seniors but found it hard to get in and out of ( extremely easy to slip). The bath/ shower had seen better days and certainly needs replacing. I went back through the booking to see if it shows/ mentions the bathroom configuration…. Couldn’t find anything, maybe needs to be added in advertising ( unless l missed it). All in all loved the apartments, staff and location. Would definitely stay again.

Bad start. Used room safe, which we were unable to unlock. It was containing our passports and iPads. Told that it shouldn’t have been used, but information to say so. Unable to unlock until next day. Maintenance not good, light bulb missing in only side light, replaced at end of second day after much chasing. Furniture all a bit grubby.

Worth spending extra for an ocean balcony apartment, views of the beach & sunset are amazing. 1 bedroom apartment has a basic decor, spacious open plan kitchen/living, good size bathroom & separate bedroom - building is showing it's age with wear & tear noticeable. Apartment was clean & beds comfortable. Beach on your door step, shops & restaurants a short walk.

We stayed in a 2BD apartment with ocean views. The balcony and views were stunning. Parking was super easy, undercover and safe. Proximity to cafes and restaurants was great and the tram is on your door step. The staff, particularly Shaz couldn’t have been better. Housekeeping did a fantastic job and the team were just lovely. The pool is indoor and was cold as was the spa but the kids enjoyed it. If you’re looking for value for money then Oaks delivers it as the views and location are hard to beat.

We loved the position of the Oaks & the views were great, bed was comfy but disappointed that we never had our room serviced as we had used the soap & shampoo/bodywash milk, when we checked out we asked at reception & they advised that it should have been serviced, unfortunate as our bin was also full.
