Covid Safe stay at Grand Hyatt Mumbai
The stay at Grand Hyatt Mumbai was our first "GET OUT"after 8 months of home stay and we were extremely skeptical about the safety and sanitisation of the hotel. But once we reached the hotel, we did not feel any bit of insecurity, The Front Office staff (TANVI) made us feel comfortable and safe and sound during our Check-IN and it only got better once we reached our room. It was absolutely clean and very well made by housekeeping staff, and for a special mention VAIBHAV and DEEPAK who are extremely guest oriented and it showed in their behaviour. Not to miss talking about the food, Amazing, Awesome and Great were the compliments after having each meal. The crockery and cutlery were properly sanitised and packed for every guest. Our special mention goes to (to name a few) Chitrak, Vivek, Swapnil, Agnel and the chefs. Looking forward for another wonderful stay at GRAND HYATT MUMBAI. Cheers..

Relaxing Getaway from the 2020 corona pandemic !!
Fabulous and a much needed break from the depressing pandemic . Amazing hospitality of the staff ; very generous and courteous towards my request for extended check our time . I had ordered cheese garlic bread and it was honestly 1 of the best cheese garlic breads I ever had in my life . Sumptuous and yummy appetiser . Bread was so fresh n soft . Even the cold coffee was perfectly made the way I like . Overall I had a very relaxing stay and it was stress release from the hectic daily routine life . Much needed and peaceful break totally enjoyed !!

They ‘SURELY KNOW’ how to pamper and take care of their guests!! My 1.5 years old Son had a fantastic time!!! The always smiling and very very courteous staff just know how to give it all to their guests!! Thanks Grand Hyatt for a memorable stay!!

Good hotel, but nothing Grand about it. No clue how it is a Grand Hyatt!! Service staff needs customer relations training. Attitude of the Front desk staff and the room service staff we dealt with was way below par.. As a part of our room service order one phulka roti was charged Rs.319/- including taxes, which is a major rip off. Plenty more hotels in Mumbai for the next time, will certainly avoid the NOT SO Grand Hyatt for sure!! Donnie
