Good location....Poor Accommodations
First would like to say the front desk staff was very friendly and location is great but the property itself is less than desirable. We stayed in one of the detached cabins with our young kids. There may be nicer cabins however or Cabin was very dated!! Bathroom area is not clean (mildew in shower, cracked and leaks), room odor is musty and bed is small and wobbly. If you’re just looking for a $350 place to sleep for 8 hours this serves its purpose. But if you’re looking for a nice “family experience” I would search elsewhere.

In need of repairs
This property was beautiful, but the heater in the room was loud and did not work, the water wouldn't get warm, and there was a fireplace with no firewood. The drywall in the ceiling was also cracked like the roof leaked. Not such a great stay in the winter after a day on the lifts and wanting to warm up.

Nice location, room set up needs improvement.
Pleasant stay for my one night trip at Big Bear Lake. We stayed in a hotel room not the cabin. Location is nice. Easy walk to grocery and shops. Time for an upgrade for the in room amenities. It will be great if the TV cabinet chest can be removed to a wall mounted one above the fire place to save space. The table area is too small for my family of three for only 2 people can sit at one time.
