Superb stay always. My hotel choice whenever I travel into KL. Comfortable and well-lit rooms, good high-speed internet, and well-maintained gym and sauna to unwind after a works day. Breakfast has been always the highlight of the stay especially clear tomyam and curry chicken.

Overall excellent stay
Had a wonderful stay. Was arriving late from outstation and the front desk was fine with it when I called to inform them. Room was super comfortable. Very spacious. Everything was superb except for one small mishap. I called front desk to inform on my 3rd day there that I’d probably extend my stay there for another night. This was at about 8am in the morning. When I called again in a couple of hours’ time saying to confirm extension and to inform I’d paid online, they said I could stay on in the same room. The manager then called to say I had to change rooms as the room I was in was a connecting room. I moved but also informed the manager that I was unhappy with the situation as I had informed beforehand of my intention to stay. Apologies were made and received some condiments. Overall, would still stay there again. Just that the front desk staff could do much better.

Overall Experience is Good. It just that as the request of free upgrade was rejected even thought we was staying for 11 nights for 2 rooms. A little bit disappointed.

Excellent location and cheap during covid-19 but with restrictions... No swimming pool no cafe no ambience lounge. The bed & pillows are very comfortable.
