Great relaxing holiday !
Great resort! The landscape is amazing, the atmosphere is relaxing. The food is good, the room is of good quality not luxurious though. Staff is service-minded! There are two pools in two different locations! I will certainly go back!

Beautiful place with lots to do. Food and accommodations were very good. However no internet in any of the rooms only at reception and bars. Often very poor. Have to pay to use the safe even though they say they are not responsible for lost or stolen articles. Staff is very cold and at times rude if you come early as they are very tough on using facilities if you do not have an arm band yet. Visitors of guests are not welcome. We had a guard follow us when our friends who dropped us off were there for a few minutes looking around. However, once the red arm band was on there reaction to people changed instantly.

J'étais avec ma femme enceinte et on m'a donné une chambre au deuxième étage et au fond de l'hotel et sans électricité. Je suis parti à la reception et J'ai demandé que l'on me change de chambre et on m'a donné un second clé puis je suis allé chercher la chambre dans la jungle. Quand j'ai vu que c'était petite j'ai décidé de rester dans la première chambre en attendant que l'on me ramène l'électricité. Au bout de quelques minutes j'ai encore essayé d'appelé la réception mais le fixe de la chambre ne marchait pas. Je suis encore sorti de la chambre pour aller à la reception. Là on me fait savoir que l’électricité disjonctai à chaque fois que la clim est allumé. Puis ils m'ont encore proposé une autre chambre. Je n'ai pas vraiment apprécié ces vas et viens que j'ai fait le jour même de mon arrivé.
