Ac was not blowing cold. Carpet was gross do not walk bare foot. It was hot in the room. I wouldn't stay here again.

The location to the centro is thr only positive
Thr hotel is very old and dated, the hotel is not very clean. The hotel pool was unsble to be used because of the ckeanliness. The locks on the doors were brike.

Siempre es deprimente y desconcertante ver cucarachas en una habitación de hotel que cuesta 850 pesos por noche. Si eso no se arregla no vale la pena hablar de lo demás. En general pienso que los hoteles de Saltillo están sobrevaluados.

La alberca estaba medio turbia , al subir por las escaleras al llegar al 6xto piso hay obra negra deberian de poner algo que diga proihibido el paso o algo asi por que llega a la asotea y puede haber accidentes..., servicio estubo bueno, resolvia rapido las cosas respecto a las instalaciones en mi habitacion habia partes del techo (donde van los focos) que no estaban puestas o estaban salidas pero fuera de eso todo bien 👍
