No signage re construction re-routes + no hot wate
1) It was ridiculously hard to get to the hotel during construction on campus. They made zero effort to put up signs. We were stuck making difficult U-turns and time-consuming re-routes. 2) They don't have hot water - they do have warm water. Surprised to pay so much for a place where you have to grit your teeth to get clean.

Small rooms, beds and bathrooms. Rooms were dark. Had two double beds instead of queens as queens would not fit. No sofa and only a desk chair. Front desk staff was very courteous and friendly. Personally I don’t think the room was worth the price

Caring staff
We've been coming to DC every weekend for the past 2 months because our mother is in the hospital. The staff has gone above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable by helping us in every possible way they can.

Would not stay unless necessary to stay on campus
There is no reason to stay at this hotel unless you absolutely need to be on georgetown University campus. The common areas (lobby and hallways) are freezing, there is construction all outside of the hotel which makes it impossible to drive to), and there are no amenities whatsoever. The rooms are run down and look like they haven’t been updated in decades. The bed linens are like rough hospital sheets. The bathrooms in the college dorms are nicer than the bathrooms in the hotel rooms. There are plenty of other similar priced options just off campus that are so much nicer.

Poor experience for hospital visitors
Construction around hotel makes this very difficult for hospital patients. It was a very difficult walk for my wife, who was there for an appointment. In the future, I will make sure to get a wheelchair for the long walk. Parking is horrible! Only 10 reserved spots for hotel guests?? This means you have to find another garage to park in, then walk back to the hotel. Hotel only grants late check out to noon, after which they will charge you 75 dollars to stay until 1pm. Onsite breakfast buffet is nothing special, especially for 16 dollars. No microwave or fridge in room. Front desk personnel not very helpful, especially if you call ahead with questions. Some of them not well versed in English. Overall, poor experience. We only stay there because of.proximity to hospital. Because of construction, we may not stay again.

Great service, just double charged....
Everything was fine. Only two issues we had were 1) Them knocking on our door at 9am and 2) they double charged for a one night stay.

Loved our stay
This was my 2nd time in as many weeks, staying here and the service never faltered from the last. The front desk staff were very helpful & personable. They had no issues accommodating and even helped find a restaurant open foe delivery (It was Christmas Day). There are a couple things once in the room, but they're trivial. 1) a fridge might help guest. 2) taller toilets (I'm 5'1" and they were too short). Other than them, everything was great!

The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. They actually walked with me to show me where I needed to go.

It was such a bad experience in my Life.
It was terrible experience staying at the hotel . There was no one to assist with parking issue and was very hard to find the lobby from the location of parking. I would never ever advice anyone or suggest anyone to stay at this location as it is like motel and have no organized skill.

OK if you need room adjacent to GtownUnivHosp
Hotel seemed very "average"...much like any motel room...basic...took awhile to warm the room up to 69.5. Small ice bucket had long black hairs in it. Yuck! Minimal cups, tiny soap etc. Water pressure minimal...water barely warm. We did not open the $5 bottle of water on the desk. No list of local food places...places to shop. The directions emailed to us for locating the few hotel parking spots were horrendous. We had driven 4 1/2 hrs and were exhausted. Went to bed at 8pm. While in a dead sleep, at 8:45ish the phone rang from across the room and I awoke thinking there could be an emergency from home. After my jump up and room dash, the voice on the other end said he was calling from the front desk asking if everything was ok with the room and telling us we could call him if we needed anything. Great! It took me 3 hrs to fall back to sleep. Since I slept a little later in the am and got up at 7:50, I was really shocked when there was knocking at my door before 8 "Housekeeping", especially with an 11am checkout time. I would think that the main goal of a hotel is to allow travelers a restful and refreshing night. Our stay was minimally satisfactory.
