The room we got had a link door connecting to the next bedroom & we could hear noise from the other room a family with children making noise early in the morning when we wanted to sleep in.We paid extra for a King size bed but what we saw was not even close to a queen bed but definitely not a King bed & the coffee maker was not working & so no coffee in the morning.Overall not the best place to spend our honeymoon.
Another Great stay. We stayed for Christmas in our family bubble. Hotel was great, grocery store right across the courtyard, parking onsite. Great stay
The hotel was nice, people at check in were helpful, but I couldn’t have a hot shower the morning before checkout, no hot water, was not impressed . They knew about it, told them again at checkout, didn’t say a thing
My husband and I stayed here for our first anniversary. Our bed was beyond uncomfortable. So bad that we woke up sore both mornings. Our toilet also made noise all night. Other than that, it was cute! Perfect location in the village. The staff were very friendly and our room felt super clean and sanitized!
Everything was good, but the hotel don't have hot water, although we follow the instructions of the manager, and in the morning sounds something on the pipe.
Location great, accommodation very nice
The c/i was fine. The parking situation was not very clear as the strata parking was share with other properties. But the situation was solved. The only problem was that, if we want someone to call us at the hotel, the transfer of communication to a specific room number from the caller through the front desk was, kind of poor. It is like a hit and miss. But the marvelous staff at the front desk help us and came up with some solution. Very good from their initiative. Our problem was resolved. The problem should be addressed to the management. The result counted and grateful from the staff at the front desk. The housekeeping did a great job.
Our stay was perfect. The accommodation was very comfortable and our room had a lovely view of both mountains. The situation is most convenient in the heart of Whistler Village. We’ll be back!
The location is right at the village. The staff are very helpful and parking is at a reasonable cost.
Clean and centrally located.
