Right now this property is under construction. If you’re looking for a relaxing and peaceful time, this is not your spot. Not until they finish construction. Make sure to know where your room is located before getting there. The ones farther to the construction should be fine. The beach is not for swimming since is very rough and you cannot get in because it has a lot of reefs. However, there’s Summgler’s Cove about a 6min drive. Also, do not book through hotels.com since our reservation didn’t went through and they were not aware of the reservation when we arrived. I believe they gave us a last minute room next to they construction site due of this miscommunication. Overall the place is nice looking but needs key improvements. Doesn’t have much privacy and lighting is not sexy. Beautiful place to enjoy sunsets.

Long Bay has gone through a fantastic transformation since Hurricane Ivan. It seems the best has yet to come as they are building new units as well, rebuilding the pool, pool bar and tennis courts. This is fast becoming the place to stay in the West End of Tortola, BVI.

This is a truly lovely property. BVI feel that is relaxing, amazing staff and amazing location. Akil is one of the best managers we have ever worked with anywhere. He will set up any trip, suggest things to do and the right people to help you. Our expectations were exceeded, indeed!
