I needed an inexpensive stop over in Vancouver near the airport. This was a very good choice. Clean, comfortable, and very responsive and helpful staff.

You get what you pay for.
Room 201 needs help. The bathtub is sinking in the middle causing you to stand on the sides. Unsafe. The bottom of the tub is permanently stained grey/black from the old non slip mat that was once laid down and the front door has too big of a gap at the bottom(1.5-2 inches) to where you hear everything in the hallway.

Great value for the price I paid!
Quite high cost-eeffective! With the price I paid, the service was great, including free continental breakfast, free airport shuttle, a lot of stores and restaurants nearby. The only down side of this hotel was that the building is old but everything is working well. Good stay.
