The only hotel which I have come across which does NOT offer free Wi-fi and that we have to pay for that service. Not something which I would expect from a Hilton hotel. Room is just average and with the same amount of money I paid, there are definitely much better choices out there. I would definitely give this hotel a pass in my future staycations.

Room was very spacious and clean. Staff are very99 friendly (security, bellboy, receptionist, lobby, cafe, etc). Highly recommended to stay. Just the Hilton hotel does not have dedicated children pool for their residents. But, still small matter as the overall service was very satisfied. Cafe has a lot of food and delicious.

We had waited about an hour fir the room even check in on 3pm+. Very slow and the front desk staff don’t bother at all. After complaining, the manager offered late check out as we waited an hour for the room Understand COVID-19 is a huge challenge to hotel industrial, and we expected some reduced service. However, Hilton KL is operating on minima manpower of staff. Only a waitress work at The Lounge during evening aperitif cocktails session. She work very hard and serve many guests in very warm hospitality. Thumbs up and thanks the waitress. Next day breakfast, is ok for Hilton to reduced varieties and confine 1-hour slot, but please make sure you offer enough staff for the assisted buffet breakfast. Furthermore the quality of the breakfast was definitely a big No. How could Hilton KL charge premium rate breakfast but offered service and quality of food worse than backstreet eatery? The management want business but do not want invest in. Is unfair to the staff. Bad hospitality which a Hilton Hotel should provide.
