Cozy Hacienda
It was a quaint little hotel right near the beach and a couple of blocks from a strip of restaurants. Rooms where clean with an old San Juan feel. Its not your Sheraton or Embassy with all the amenities, but it is a beautiful cozy hacienda.

Absolute Worse!
This stay was the absolute worst! Sheets were thin and worn out (we had to buy sheets), towels were old and dirty, the mattress felt like we were sleeping on bricks. The shower curtain needs to be replaced. Boutique hotels need renovations also, please do it and stop using photos of when y’all first opened up.

Close to the beach and a great price
We loved this place and will be staying here next time we're in San Juan. Great price. Awesome beach access half a block away. There is also a pool on site. A short walk of a few blocks will get you to many restaurant o]ptions. There is a 24 hour convenience store a few blocks away. Nice ocean views from the rooftop lounge area. Details to know: Parking is on the street, and this street is very narrow and a dead end. We were told we could park in another nearby hotel's lot but we did not do this. Rooms don't have a fridge or microwave. There are no elevators. Read the signs at the desk when you check in. They run another place on the next block and sometimes staff will be there instead. There is a phone number listed on the sign that you can call if you need help and nobody is at the desk.

The hotel was great. Only issue was parking. No parking available. Had to park 7 blocks away. Waited until people from the beach left and actually paid a guy to not move his vehicle until I returned with my car. Other than parking, it was a great place to stay.

Potential GEM near airport -if opens bar and rest
This small hotel has a terrific "vibe". The public spaces are so nicely designed and the room, and although small, it has quality furnishings and was nicely clean. A peek-a-boo ocean view and a small pool provides a nice experience. However, the restaurant/bar is closed and not re-opened yet since Covid. This is very disappointing, as being able to get a snack and cocktail was a major reason I selected this boutique hotel; the restaurant and little bar looked great and inviting. The hotels site did not disclose this closure. The neighborhood was very well maintained and felt safe, with access to a nice beach.
