Location of hotel is wonderful Our room overlooked Kensington Gardens. The room was spacious though simple. We loved that the bathroom had a usable tub with really hot water. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. I loved that you could choose not to have room cleaning every day, and they would give a 7 pound voucher at the restaurant each day you declined cleaning. We were always out so appreciated the trade off because we weren’t messy. Short walk to tube and really safe area.

The first room I was given had strands of hair under a throw pillow on the bed. When I called the front desk, and someone was sent to check it out and document the hair. I was moved into a different room, but itade me weary about overall cleanliness. The shower is nearly impossible to use the shower without getting water everywhere. The hotel is right next to a gas station and there are grocery stores and places to get food nearby.
