Clean. I was in a spacious suite, with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Mostly comfortable (to me it felt a little warm in the suite, but it was hot outside, and I'm accustomed to the much cooler NY temps). It took a minute for the water to warm up in the shower, but it did eventually get hot. With the bar in back, I could hear the noise while in the kitchen or bathroom, but with the bedroom door closed, all I could hear were sounds from the nearby highway and the occasional plane, neither of which were loud enough to keep me awake. There were earplugs in the room for those more sensitive to sound, but I didn't need them. Within walking distance of restaurants and the Amway Center. I'd gladly stay here again next time I'm in Orlando!

Loud with nice vibes
We were on a couples trip, the room decor was cute, the property outside was run down looking. The restaurant was very cool, and great food and drink, however this is definitely a party destination for locals, the music was loud. The room was right next to the highway and was loud. The hotel left ear plugs at the bedside, but this is uncomfortable and we didn’t anticipate such a noisy room. If you are going to rest, this is not the place for you.

Lipstick on a pig?
Just returned from my weekend trip. Spent 2 nights at Sonder Wellborn and it was very hit and miss. We booked the queen with a pull out (room 312) and were shocked how outdated it was; there wasn't even a door to have privacy in the bathroom (from the bedroom). My wife gets up about 3-4 times a night so the light going on and off would've killed me. Plus, there was a wedding reception going on right across from our front door so getting ANY time to relax was out (I'd recommend checking the Dr. Phillips House to make sure there's no party if you want to get any rest!). Add that to the fact that the Wellborn restaurant gets a little hipstery at night with its own music and, well, you get thepont. The bathroom thing was a deal-breaker so spent the next 30 minutes on phone with Sonder and they DID change us to a much better room (311) although that didn't solve the booming DJ next door problem. So then I called Hotels.com to see about changing hotels and they put me on hold for over 45 minutes until my cell just disconnected (that's a while other story). Anyway, to summarize: if you are young and going to party it's okay. Nice location (although the homeless living under the bridge in front is awkward) but LOUD (they must know it because they provided earplugs). No real amenities to speak of (small fridge wouldn't even freeze ice). Our eventual room was okay but I wished we would've just stayed at the Doubletree.
