Great Stay! Would Come Back.
I had a great stay at Kon Tiki. It was about a 10 minute drive from the airport. The room was spacious, very clean. It included a kitchenette, eating space, couch and balcony. I loved the room! Right across the street from the ferry terminal. Walk-in distance from the downtown area, many food and shopping options. FYI- The rooftop restaurant and bar are a different company from the hotel and they are closed on Sundays and Mondays. Most restaurants and stores are also closed Sundays.

Great room, shame about the adjacent nightclub.
We arrived on a Saturday with a view of the port. What we didn't know beforehand is that next door is a nightclub and it was loud, very loud until around 4am so sleep was a premium. We did enjoy a few drinks ourselves on the rooftop bar the first night. Good job we did as it was closed on the Sunday and Monday along with the 7th floor restaurant. The room itself though was very good. The shower was amazing and the staff very friendly.

Convenient location for ferry
Location is perfect if your are transiting by ferry since it it right in front of the terminal and close to the market but the location itself is a bit meh but convenient. Ocean view is on the port so not so dreamy and the street can be noisy. There was only a bath with an hand-held shower in our room, super dim light and no electrical outlet for hair dryer in the bathroom so that was a bit inconvenient. There was also water leaking from a trap in our bathroom ceiling. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Would recommend for one or 2 nights since it’s close to the ferry and airport.

Even better than expected in perfect location!
This hotel has been even better than we expected. After a really long international travel day, this was the perfect place to rest up and relax. Really comfortable bed, decent sized rooms, perfect location (directly across from the ferry terminal and only about 10 mins drive from tbt airport). The rooftop bar is incredibly trendy. They had a live dj, delicious fancy cocktails and views of the water. Will definitely stay here again!!
