Good hotel some staff abrasive, not eco friendly

The hotel is good, the morning Restaurant Supervisor is abrasive and arrogant. The air conditioner was not working daily even though Maintenance had been to look at it. The cleaner keeps disposing of the toiletries even though there were not empty, not very eco friendly
