I sent an email but have had no response.They are not there to support. Very disappointed with the hotel and extremely disappointed with hotels.com.

Stayed here ...again ..when visiting Messe trade fair , only a 5-10 minute walk to get there and easy to walk the opposite direction into town . The breakfast is more than sufficient and included in the room price . Bar staff in the evening were very helpful and efficient even when very busy ...bed was really comfortable and they do have a kettle in the room, even though not on the list of room amenities ...will be back
